We stand behind the Melt Migraine Device — and we want you to actually use it. Migraine relief is not something you can judge in a single afternoon. That is why our return policy is built around a real trial, not a snap decision.
The 14-Day Trial (Required)
When your Melt Migraine Device arrives, your first 14 days are a mandatory trial period. During this window, returns are not available. We ask this on purpose. Migraines are unpredictable, and one quiet day or one bad day is not enough to know whether the device is working for you. We want you to be disciplined with it: use it across multiple attacks, on different days, in different situations, so you — and we — can see whether it is genuinely helping.
Treat the 14-day trial as your real-world test. Use the device at the first sign of an attack, and for daily prevention as directed. Give it an honest, consistent try.
The 14-Day Return Window
After your 14-day trial is complete, you have the next 14 days (days 15–28 from delivery) to request a return if the device is not working enough for you. If, after genuinely trying it, you are not satisfied, contact us within this return window and we will issue a full refund — including free return shipping.
To start a return during the return window, email us at contact@big-melt.com or call 224 580 6465 with your order number. We will send you a prepaid return label and process your refund once the device arrives back at our warehouse.
Conditions
- Eligibility: Returns are only accepted during the 14-day return window (days 15–28 after delivery). Requests made during the first 14-day trial period, or after day 28, are not eligible for a refund.
- Condition of the device: The device should be returned in the condition you received it, packed securely in its original packaging. Normal wear from honest use during your trial is completely fine.
- Refund timing: Once we receive and inspect the returned device, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping: Return shipping within the United States is free — we provide a prepaid label. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Why We Do It This Way
We have seen the results customers get when they stick with the device across multiple attacks — and we have seen the disappointment of people who quit after one try. The 14-day trial exists so you give the Melt Migraine Device a fair shot, the way it was designed to be used. If, after that honest effort, it is not doing enough for you, the next 14 days are yours to send it back for a full refund. That is our promise to you.
Damaged or Defective Devices
If your device arrives damaged or develops a defect, that is separate from this policy. Contact us right away at contact@big-melt.com or 224 580 6465 and we will send a replacement or issue a refund — no waiting period required.
